Regenerative Travel is in search of a passionate, highly organized, detail oriented part-time Marketing Coordinator to join a leading travel startup to support our marketing efforts and oversee the marketing schedule for the RT hotel collection. Objectives & Responsibilities of this Role

  • Assist in the development and implementation of RT’s brand strategy to build awareness of the Regenerative Travel brand and promote the Regenerative Resorts collection and itineraries/experiences
  • Ideate on opportunities to engage new and current customers across owned and earned platforms
  • Work with Marketing Manager and Brand Director to compile calendar of upcoming stories and manage the marketing/content schedule
  • Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for each of our member hotels
  • Support the Co-founder and Marketing Director in evaluating and establishing the marketing plan and strategy by setting objectives, planning and organizing marketing and editorial calendars
  • Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the team


Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
  • Past work experience of at least 2 years as a marketing coordinator or similar role
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Experience with research using social media data analytics software
  • Excellent writing, communication, organizational and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and Keynote

We are looking for an experienced Lead Travel Designer to oversee all of Regenerative Travel’s product lines and offerings. We are looking for worldwide destination knowledge and experience in travel design to help build our offering and facilitate pre-set itineraries. Must be eager and willing and able to work in a startup environment with an international remote team. 



  • At least 10+ years of travel design experience with existing DMC relationships; experience working with travel agents is a plus
  • Worldwide knowledge and travel experience in selling North America, LATAM, Asia, Europe, and Africa
  • Native-level fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Passion for sustainable and regenerative travel 
  • Previous experience of delivering high levels of customer service  



  • To spearhead the development of itineraries that highlight  Regenerative Resorts, appeal to independent experiential travelers, and are aligned with Regenerative Travel’s core values
  • To work in conjunction with Ecosystem Steward to onboard new Regenerative Resorts into the collection for sales familiarization and the development of itineraries
  • To take ownership of all aspects of selling and booking a holiday, including fielding inquiries, and preparing written and verbal quotations and holiday documentation
  •  To work towards individual and team sales targets and meet Key Performance Indicators
  •  To develop excellent product knowledge within all areas of the Regenerative Travel portfolio
  • To work in conjunction with the Marketing Team to support the creation of content copy for the website, email campaigns, PR, and other promotional initiatives
  • To spearhead the development and relationship management of our values-aligned travel agent network as Regenerative Travel bookings scale 

Internship Opportunities

Regenerative Travel internships are set up to give our interns a solid learning structure of a start-up digital publication and travel company. Our goal is to provide you with the most integrated experience possible and to build a creative portfolio. Interns must be able to commit a minimum of 12-15 hours per week working remotely. This is an unpaid, remote internship — college credit is available upon request.

We are seeking a social media & marketing intern with a passion for graphic design, marketing and sustainability and travel for a 6 month commitment. You would be working closely with our founder and marketing team on producing content initiatives. Responsibilities include: 

  • Work alongside the team to create a plan for social media strategies monthly
  • Assist in the growth of the brand by raising awareness through various social media platforms
  • Monitor postings to ensure brand message is constant from the terminology used to images posted
  • Aid in the daily aspects of promoting the businesses campaigns
  • Interact with followers and potential clients by communicating and answering questions through the company’s social pages
  • Assist in implementing plans to increase followers on popular social media websites such as Twitter, Pinterest, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn
  • Oversee the creating and implementation of a monthly editorial which included monthly sales objectives and initiatives
  • Help create content as dictated by the monthly editorial calendar to promote sales, blogs and products
  • Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts
  • Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation; monitor online reviews and respond to each review
  • Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed
  • Compile reports for management showing results (ROI)

Qualifications for Social Media Intern:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations or related field
  • 1-2 years of social media management experience
  • Proficient in Google Analytics and familiar with multi-social posting through programs such as Hootsuite and HubSpot
  • Comfortable with working with Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
  • General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content
  • Entry level experience determining how to cater unique marketing campaigns to a unique audience
  • Ability work alongside a diverse group of employees and simultaneously work toward many company initiatives at once
  • Entry level understanding of marketing strategy and how to use the concepts throughout various forms of outreach
