What are the current booking policies during COVID-19?

We understand that during COVID-19 there are a number of uncertainties regarding travel regulations and logistics of air travel. Book with confidence and enjoy extended expiry dates, special discounts, and no cancellation fees. Please check with our booking team when inquiring about the latest individual hotel policies. Our booking team is available to review all guest inquiries, which will be assessed on a case by case basis. How do I book an itinerary, resort or departure?

On each hotel, itinerary or departure listing there is an ‘Enquire Now’ button. Simply fill out the booking form to send your request and our Travel Design team will get back to you within 1-2 business days.

When do I process my payment for a booking?

When you are ready to confirm your booking with us, our Travel Designer will send you a secure link to process your booking through our online payment platform (Stripe). For bookings made less than 90 days from the day of check-in, 100% of the payment is required. For bookings less than 20% deposit due to confirm the reservation and the remaining balance is due 30 days in advance of check in.*

How do I receive my membership perks?

By booking through us you will automatically receive the Membership Perks offered by our member hotels.

Why should I book with you?

We believe in setting the stage for transformational travel experiences by working directly with our curated collection of hotels to bring you an exceptional vacation that meets our core values. We offer exclusive Membership Perks if you book through Regenerative Travel for each resort and itinerary that you won’t receive through other travel agencies or websites.

How do I customize my trip?

Whether you’re looking to organize ground transportation or add on an activity to your itinerary, our Travel Designers can help you design your trip and make suggestions based on expert knowledge.

What happens if I need to cancel my reservation?

We will refund all deposits/funds received by Regenerative Travel 90-days prior (minus credit card transaction fees of 5%) to the check-in date.* Any reservation canceled within the 90-day period after 100% payment has been made is non-refundable. The value of the booking will be held on account from 1 year of the original reservation for use at the reserved property. You may extend for an additional year for a $100 fee. Funds not used after 1 year which are not renewed, will not be refunded and cannot be used at the original property or other properties in Regenerative Resorts collection. You must submit a request in writing to [email protected], and the cancellation must be confirmed in writing from Regenerative Travel.

Please keep in mind that you are booking small hotels which do not overbook. By canceling your reservation, you are not providing the hotel with sufficient time to book another guest in that room. Thus, funds paid can be used to stay in that hotel during a later date, but funds cannot be held for more than 1 year.
